Happy 12th birthday Jack!

Did  you know your birthday is exactly one month after mine, on the same date?  I’m September 21; you’re October 21.

That’s one of our lucky numbers!

You’re such fun to be around, super smart, kind, good looking, naturally curious about the world and all around epic.

You even know how to fly airplanes and launch space rockets, you’re so cool.

We’ve had many fun adventures this year, including a boogie boarding day at the beach (starting with Congdon’s donuts); dinners at Flatbread and LaFesta; a day in Portland, Maine where we saw Bigfoot and the world’s worst planetarium (haha); an awesome day in Boston including a visit to Hogwart’s Library and the very colorful Mapparium; a day in Portsmouth where (among other things) we ate two lunches and saw the eyes of dead people follow us up a staircase.   Plus Easter egg hunts, 4th of July, pool dips at Uncle Tim & Aunt Tarah’s, Mother’s and Father’s day celebrations and decorated Christmas Tree visits.

I LOVE being with you because you feed my Papa Soul and always make me feel like Superman.
