A fun day with you, Sir Jack, in Portland on a 67 degree February day.

After selfies with Maine’s state mascot, we investigated the International Cryptology Museum. If you’re curious about legendary creatures and extinct animals like Loch Ness, Sasquatch (aka BigFoot), Yeti and Dodo birds, you’ll like it. Next up, the Escape Room, where we cracked up repeatedly trying to navigate clues through the Lost City of the Jaguar King.

Even more laughs followed at the Southworth “planetarium” which fell (way) short of expectations. “Papa, we should just leave…” We joked about it the rest of the day.

Off we went on a walking tour of the city’s gem, the Old Port waterfront, followed by your favorite restaurant – Flatbread pizza – where we tamed our late lunch hangryness.
