You’ve always got something interesting to say… here are some recent Jack Gems:

“Oh man, I think we have to move again!”  (said to your Mom when the little kid next door came into your house uninvited and tried to use your bathroom).

“Is there something wrong with me?” (said to me when I took you to Kilwin’s in Portsmouth and you promptly dropped your waffle cone… it happens fairly often with you as you master the fine art of hand-eye coordination and concentration).

“Well, that was boring!” (exclaimed to Grammy and me and your family after the highly touted full solar eclipse ended with a barely noticeable darkness in New Hampshire).

“Abort the mission!” (I forget the circumstances, but I cracked up when I heard you say this).

“All we did was talk yesterday.  Today we finally did some work.” (answering my question of ‘how was your first day of school Jack?’)

“Pretty good, I missed two days.” (a few weeks later when Grammy & I asked how school was last week).
